Order Changes or Cancellation:

If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact our customer support at support@magiquegift.com team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations.

    Damaged Items:

    We take great care in packaging and handling your orders to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact our customer support team at support@magiquegift.com within 7 days of receiving the damaged item.
    2. Provide clear photos of the damaged item, including any damaged packaging.
    3. Our support team will assess the situation and assist you with a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

    Please note that any damage reported after the 7-day window may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

    Shipping Insurance & Lifetime Warranty

    Opt for Shipping Insurance for added protection during transit for any lost and or items stuck at customs. Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects and ensures a worry-free experience for up to 3 maps. Simply send us a picture of your damaged item and we will contact you with further information.
