Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@magiquegift.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

 

Please provide:

   Your order number

   Photos of the damaged or defective item

   Photos of the packaging

 

We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund.

Orders are processed in 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Items that are pre-ordered are processed within 2-3 business days of their arrival in stock.
